Shipping Options
Here at Vacaville Fruit Co. we will make every effort to meet your delivery needs. All orders ship within 1-2 business day of order date from our plant in Vacaville, CA. Should the timing not work out using UPS Standard Ground Delivery (1-5 business days), we do have other shipping options available. These options include USPS Priority Mail, UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. Not counting the day your gift basket or package is shipped - Next Day Air will arrive the Next Business Day, 2nd Day Air will arrive in 2 Business Days, 3 Day Select will arrive in 3 Business Days.
**Please Note: Due to high demand and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order and delivery times are running longer than usual. We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping Time
Standard shipping arrival depends on what state the package is being delivered. Please refer to the UPS map below for approximate delivery times from Vacaville, CA to your destination. We do not guarantee standard ground transit days; it is just provided for reference. Not counting the day your package is shipped, use the below transit (business) days to estimate your delivery date.
PO Boxes:
We will ship to Post Office Boxes using the U.S. Postal Service; however, we prefer that you have the actual physical address for delivery. U.S. Postal Service delivery is not traceable and therefore we do not guarantee delivery.
**We encourage you to verify the address with your recipient before you place your order as we are not responsible for gift baskets/packages not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided.
Charges:
There is a $18.00 address correction fee per gift basket/package to reroute a gift after it has left our warehouse. This includes changing the street number, adding an apartment or suite and correcting a postal code. The $18.00 fee is also charged if your gift recipient has moved, you have provided an improper address or any package is refused or rerouted by the recipient. The $18.00 fee will be charged to your credit card on file and you will be notified via email regarding this address correction charge.
