+ Does your fruit contain any preservatives?
Many of our fruits are preserved with Sulphur Dioxide and this information can be found on the nutrition label on the back of the gift tray or package of fruits and nuts. We also have this information available on the individual items on our website.
+ How do I store dried fruit and how long will it keep?
One great characteristic of dried fruit is its ability to maintain nutritious wholesomeness in almost any environment for long periods of time. However, it keeps freshest sealed in an air tight bag, with most of the air squeezed out and refrigerated. As a general rule, dried fruit will keep 90 days at room temperature and a year or longer refrigerated.
+ I've stored my fruit for awhile and white stuff has formed on it. What is it?
This is a natural process in which the fruit's own natural sugar crystallizes on the surface. It is perfectly wholesome. In fact, some people prefer fruits like figs and dates to be completely sugared.
+ What if my fruit is too dry?
Simply add water to the fruit. Put your dried fruit in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes, and then strain the fruit and discard the water. The fruit will be plumper, juicier and softer.
+ Are your products Kosher Certified?

+ Do your products contain Gluten?
